Job Summary: As a Part-Time Casino Party Dealer, you will be responsible for creating a thrilling and memorable experience for our clients during casino-themed events. You will manage various casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and authentic casino experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Game Management: Operate and oversee casino games, including dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel, and handling dice.
Customer Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, explaining game rules and ensuring they have a great time.
Payouts: Accurately calculate and distribute tickets and game chips to players based on game outcomes.
Table Setup: Prepare and maintain gaming tables, including shuffling cards, arranging chips, and keeping the gaming area organized.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all gaming equipment is in working order and report any issues to the supervisor.
Training: Participate in training sessions to become proficient in casino game rules and etiquette.
Requirements:
No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle tickets and chips accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position, typically involving evening and weekend shifts to accommodate casino-themed events and private parties. Hours may vary based on event schedules.
Compensation: We pay $20.00 per hour plus tips, a minimum of $75.00 for a party taking up to 3 1/2 hours of your time.
On-the-job training provided. A fun and dynamic work environment. There are no age requirements and no gambling. Uniforms are provided and returned on site.
